How does it work?
You pick an available day and time, tell us where you will be hosting your event and we do the rest. Just like our Pop-Up Events, we will bring the entire collection of chains and charms to you, set up our full display and let the excitement unfold. As the host, you get a $50 credit towards your purchase of any permanent jewelry you choose to purchase on the day of your event!
What type of event can I host?
Some of the most popular events include Ladies Night, Special Occasions such as Birthdays & Holidays, Bachelorette Parties and the always delightful "just because" gatherings!
What are "The Specifics"?
1.) Minimum Purchase Requirement: To host a Private Party, a $500 minimum purchase total, per event, is required. As a guideline, a party of approximately 8 guests generally fulfills this minimum purchase requirement.
2.) Reservation Deposit: A 100% refundable deposit is necessary to secure your reservation day and time. This deposit will be refunded on the day of the event (once the minimum purchase requirement is met). The minimum deposit amount is $250. This amount may vary based on event specifics & we will work directly with you to coordinate those details.
3.) Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel, we'll gladly refund your entire deposit. However, if a "last-minute" cancellation occurs 72 hours or less before your scheduled Private Party start time, your deposit will be forfeited.
4.) Travel Area: Our standard travel area (no additional fee) is indicated on the map below. If your event location falls outside of this area, don't worry – we may still be able to accommodate your event (travel fees may apply). Simply complete the form and we'll contact you to gather all the necessary details and make suitable arrangements.
